The handle opening is die-cut directly into the bag material. An internal reinforcing patch around the opening provides a more durable grip area without a separate attached plastic handle.
LDPE provides a softer, more stretchable bag for items such as clothing and gifts. The stated optimum thickness is 50 µm, while versions from 35 µm may be possible for some projects. HDPE from 50 µm is stiffer and may suit heavier loads. Both are available as Re-LDPE and Re-HDPE with recycled raw material. The internal reinforcement helps the handle area withstand the load; actual carrying capacity also depends on material, thickness and dimensions. A bottom gusset can provide greater volume, and inside printing can be assessed for the project. Emballa helps you compare manufacturing options and choose material, construction and printing for the project. Emballa is backed by Plastrum OÜ in Estonia, which works with business customers in the Baltics and Scandinavia.
