Minimum order quantity

  • Standard production: from 10 000 pcs, depending on model.
  • Standard shapes held in stock may be offered in smaller quantities by agreement.

Capacity and construction

  • Capacities: approximately 250–1 300 ml, depending on model.
  • Integrated hinged lid or separate lid.
  • Round and square shapes according to use.
  • Stackable construction for storage and transport.
  • Leakproof rims with a matching lid system.

Material

  • PET: transparent standard material with very good optical clarity, strength and stability. Intended for cold and chilled dishes and chilled display sales.
  • rPET: recycled PET offering high transparency and mechanical strength. Can be selected where recycled material forms part of the project's environmental initiatives.
  • PP is also mentioned as a material option in the product overview. Available PP models and their application requirements are confirmed in the quote.

Lid systems

  • Hinged lid: an integrated lid that opens and closes quickly, for service operations and takeaway.
  • Separate PET or rPET lid: flexibility in filling, storage and serving, with different bowl and lid combinations.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing with 1–8 colours.
  • Pantone for matching brand colours.
  • CMYK for detailed designs.
  • Logo and labelling on the pack surface.
  • The available printing solution depends on the construction.

Production and delivery

  • The technical solution and shape are approved before production.
  • PET or rPET material selection, depending on manufacturer.
  • Trial runs and quality control.

Choose the lid to suit the workflow

Transparent salad containers and bowls show the food in chilled displays and during takeaway service. Capacity, shape and lid system are selected according to portion size, product properties and sales channel.

A hinged lid provides quick opening and closing for efficient service. Separate lids offer more freedom to combine bowls and lids and may suit a more premium presentation. Capacity, shape, material and lid are determined before production so the selected combination works for filling and transport.

What is the difference between a hinged and a separate lid?

A hinged lid is attached to the container and is quick to open and close. A separate lid offers more freedom to combine bowls and lids during filling and serving.

Can the packaging be ordered with a logo?

Yes. Flexographic printing with up to 8 colours, Pantone and CMYK can be used. The exact print area and method depend on the construction.

Are recycled material options available?

Yes, rPET is recycled PET and is listed as a material option. The appropriate material specification is confirmed for the specific pack.

Is the closure leakproof?

The constructions have leakproof rims when combined with the correct lid system. A matching bowl and lid are selected and confirmed for the project.
