Capacity and construction

  • Capacity: 500–1 300 ml.
  • Round paperboard construction with a stable base.
  • Stackable design for stockholding and logistics.
  • Rim designed for a leakproof closure when combined with the correct lid.
  • Suitable for both manual and high-speed filling.

Material

  • Brown kraft board: natural appearance and a durable construction for both cold and hot dishes.
  • White kraft board: a light, presentation-quality surface that brings out the food's colours.
  • Black kraft board: a dark, presentation-quality finish, mainly for cold and room-temperature products.
  • Internal food-contact barrier coating: provides moisture and grease resistance and helps the pack keep its shape.
  • Transparent PET or rPET lids for product display, takeaway and transport. A leakproof closure requires the correct bowl and lid combination.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing with 1–8 colours.
  • Pantone to match brand colours.
  • CMYK for detailed designs.
  • Logo, full-surface printing and repeat patterns.
  • Printing on the outside and inside, depending on construction.

Production and delivery

  • The technical solution is approved before production.
  • Materials and lid systems are selected from the manufacturer's solutions.
  • Trial runs and quality control.
  • Series production with certified partners; current documentation is confirmed for the project.
  • Delivery according to agreed logistics. The schedule is confirmed in the quote.

Paperboard bowls and salad containers hold a portion in packaging suited to serving, sales and transport. Choose capacity according to the food and a lid that fits the specific construction.

The range covers 500–1 300 ml. A smaller bowl can be used for side dishes and a larger one for more substantial portions. An internal barrier coating protects against grease and moisture, while the stackable shape makes handling easier in kitchens and warehouses.

Paperboard and printing that showcase the food

Brown, white and black kraft board offer different visual styles. A transparent PET or rPET lid lets the customer see the contents. Logos, patterns and a full design can be printed using flexographic printing, Pantone or CMYK, according to the construction's capabilities.

What capacities are available?

The bowls are available in 500–1 300 ml. A 500 ml bowl suits smaller side dishes, while 1 300 ml can be selected for larger portions.

Can we have bowls with our logo?

Yes. Flexographic printing with 1–8 colours, Pantone and CMYK allows logos, patterns or a more extensive design. Print areas depend on the construction.

Are transparent lids available?

Yes. PET and rPET lids allow the contents to be seen. The correct bowl and lid combination is selected for the desired closure.

Is the paperboard grease- and moisture-resistant?

The internal barrier coating provides grease and moisture resistance and helps the pack retain its shape during use.

What is the minimum order?
