Film types

  • For PP containers: 35 µm heat-sealable BOPP film.
  • For CPET containers: 40 µm film with high temperature resistance, up to 200 °C.
  • The CPET film is intended for oven or microwave heating applications; suitability is determined for the selected packaging.
  • Antifog film to reduce condensation on hot products.
  • Easy-peel variant for simple, clean opening.

Widths

  • Standard widths: 165 mm, 190 mm, 245 mm, 280 mm, 400 mm and 420 mm.
  • Custom widths according to the packaging line and container dimensions.

Printing

  • Logo printing and other designs on the film.
  • The printing retains the film’s transparency and antifog properties in the selected solution.
  • Consistent print quality along the roll.

Production time

  • Standard production: 15–25 working days after design approval.
  • Repeat orders with existing printing may be faster, depending on the manufacturer’s schedule.
  • The final schedule and transport are confirmed in the quote.

Lidding film for meals and food production

Heat-sealable lidding film provides a tight seal for food containers and trays. The film type needs to match the container material and the temperature profile in which the packaging will be used.

35 µm BOPP film is used for PP containers, while CPET containers have a 40 µm solution with temperature resistance up to 200 °C. Antifog reduces condensation and an easy-peel variant makes opening easier. Width is selected according to the container and packaging line.

How can condensation be reduced?

Antifog film reduces condensation on hot products and helps keep the contents visible.

Is an easy-to-open film available?

Yes. An easy-peel variant is available for simple, clean opening, without the film tearing or leaving residue on the rim.
