Material

  • Classic baking paper: heat- and grease-resistant paper with release properties, usually achieved through surface treatment. Reuse depends on the paper's properties and conditions of use.
  • Silicone-coated baking paper: good release properties and grease resistance. A single- or double-sided silicone coating is selected based on the application, product and process.
  • BBQ and smoking paper: for slow cooking and smoking meat and other foods. Helps retain moisture while allowing smoke to reach the food.
  • Muffin and baking case paper: heat-resistant, formable paper for muffins, small cakes and other smaller baked goods; can be shaped to different dimensions and constructions.
  • For use with food, materials suitable for food contact are selected.
  • Exact heat resistance depends on paper type, surface treatment and conditions of use, and is confirmed for the selected solution.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing depending on material and ordered quantity.
  • Logo printing in one or more colours.
  • Repeating patterns and full-surface designs.
  • CMYK and Pantone colours depending on printing technique.

Delivery time

  • Lead time for standard products depends on stock availability.

Artwork files

  • PDF, AI or EPS preferred.
  • Text and logos must be in vector format.
  • The recommended image resolution is at least 300 dpi.
  • Specify colours in CMYK or Pantone.
  • The artwork file is adapted to the paper format and the manufacturer's technical drawing.

Project preparation

  • Specify the application, required heat resistance, dimensions, paper grammage, surface treatment and desired printing.
  • Take account of cooking temperature, cooking time, the product's fat content and production or packing equipment.
  • Paper type and manufacturing method are selected based on these conditions.

Minimum quantity, available options and delivery arrangements to Sweden are confirmed for your order in the quote.
