Capacity and construction

  • Volumes: 250 ml, 330 ml, 500 ml and 1 000 ml.
  • Transparent PET bottle with a straight or slightly tapered shape.
  • Threaded neck for a standard cap.
  • Leakproof closure with a matching cap.
  • Options for manual and automatic filling; compatibility with the specific line is confirmed before production.
  • Smooth or embossed bottle surface as an option.

Material

  • PET (polyethylene terephthalate): transparent, lightweight, strong material for food, intended for cold drinks. It provides good impact resistance, clear product display and a stable shape during transport.
  • rPET: made partly or entirely from recycled PET. Can be selected for projects where recycled material forms part of environmental efforts, with the material specification tailored to the drink.

Printing and branding

  • Screen printing and labels around the bottle or on the front.
  • Dry offset and flexographic printing for labels.
  • UV printing and digital printing for smaller runs.
  • Caps with brand customisation.
  • Pantone for matching brand colours.

Production and delivery

  • The technical solution and cap system are approved before production.
  • Shape and material are selected according to the manufacturer.
  • Trial runs and quality control.
  • Series production by certified production partners.

Tailor the bottle to the drink and filling process

A beverage bottle should display the product clearly and work throughout the filling and transport chain. PET provides transparent, stable packaging for cold drinks. rPET is an alternative where the project calls for recycled PET.

Volume, shape, material, cap type and labelling are determined before production starts. The selected bottle and cap are tailored to the drink, filling equipment and logistics. Smaller volumes such as 250 ml suit single-serve drinks and shots; 1 000 ml offers an alternative for larger packages and production runs.

Let the bottle and cap carry the brand

What capacities are available?

The specified volumes are 250, 330, 500 and 1 000 ml. Suitable shape and volume are selected according to the drink and filling process.

Can the bottles have our logo?

Yes. Screen printing, offset, flexographic printing for labels, and UV and digital printing offer different possibilities. The cap can also be branded.

Are bottles made from recycled PET available?

Yes, rPET can contain partly or entirely recycled PET. Material specification and recycled content are determined for the specific project.

Do the bottles work on automatic filling lines?

There are solutions for both manual and automatic filling. The bottle's shape, neck and cap system need to be checked against the specific line before production.
