Material

  • Kraft paper in constructions with 1–5 layers.
  • PE-coated paper.
  • Solutions with an internal LDPE layer.
  • Constructions with an HDPE barrier layer.
  • PE and PP laminates.
  • Moisture- and grease-resistant materials.
  • Barrier materials for protection against air and moisture.

Construction

  • Pasted-bottom open-mouth sacks, PBOM: strong construction for fast filling and secure closure, 2–4 layers, good stability and pallet handling. Suitable for manual or semi-automatic filling.
  • Valve sacks for automatic filling lines: 2–4 layers. Valve options include paper sleeve, poly-lock, ultrasonically sealed valve and tuck-in.
  • Block-bottom sacks: self-standing and suitable for manual or automatic filling; high stability and good shelf presentation.
  • The valve type is selected according to product density, filling speed and the need for a dust-free process. For fine powders, ultrasonic sealing is usually more suitable than a simple paper valve.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing with up to 8 colours.
  • Pantone colour system.
  • Logo, text and information printing.
  • Printing on the front, back, side gussets and bottom.
  • Consistent quality throughout the print run.
  • The surfaces can carry product information, instructions for use, safety labelling, traceability details and logistics markings.

Artwork files

  • File format: AI, PDF or EPS.
  • Colours are specified using Pantone.

Material selection

  • Kraft paper with 1–5 layers is a standard option for many dry products.
  • A PE coating or internal LDPE layer provides additional moisture protection.
  • HDPE barrier layers and PE/PP laminates are used for higher protection requirements, for example for fatty or more demanding contents.
  • Construction, layers and materials are adapted to the load, contents and transport and storage conditions.

Which construction suits an automatic filling line?

Valve sacks are designed for automatic filling. The valve type is selected according to product density, filling speed and the need for a dust-free process. Block-bottom sacks can also be used for automatic filling.

What is a PBOM sack?

A pasted-bottom open-mouth paper sack. It is filled from the top and closed after filling. The construction with 2–4 layers provides stability and suits pallet handling.

How can I get additional moisture protection?

PE-coated paper, internal LDPE layers and other barrier solutions can be used. The right material and layer structure are selected according to the product and storage conditions.

Can industrial sacks have custom logos and labelling?

Yes. Flexo printing with up to 8 colours can carry logos, product information, instructions, safety labelling and logistics details.

What is the minimum order?

Standard solutions start at 10 000 pcs and printed production at 10 000–15 000 pcs. For custom solutions, quantity depends on construction, layers and options; smaller quantities can be discussed.
