Minimum order quantity

  • Stock standard tools and dispensers: usually from one unit.
  • Special sizes, custom production and production-line solutions: quantity depends on construction and manufacturer.
  • For equipment with consumables, terms may also depend on consumption and supply agreements.

Construction and installation

  • Models for worktops, walls, under-counter installation or mounting within a packing station.
  • Paper and film cutters with a roll holder, material guide and blade or serrated cutting bar.
  • Honeycomb dispenser for controlled feeding and stretching, sometimes with a separate holder for interleaving paper.
  • Food-film wrapping stations may have a roll holder, cutting system and heated plate to secure the film beneath the package.
  • Cup and lid dispensers can be manual, spring-operated or automatic.
  • Width, roll outer diameter, core size, weight and equipment load capacity must suit the material.

Material

  • Powder-coated steel, stainless steel, aluminium or engineering plastic according to the environment.
  • For food packing, easy-to-clean materials suited to the workplace are selected.
  • Durable metal blades and cutting bars are selected according to the material to be cut.
  • Roll holders, guides and tensioning components may be made from metal, plastic or rubber.
  • Material and finish are selected according to load, cleaning requirements and the risk of moisture and corrosion.

Branding

  • Standard models are usually supplied without custom printing.
  • For larger orders, a logo, marking, sticker or special colour may be possible.
  • The method and minimum quantity depend on material, construction and manufacturer.

Options

  • Metal parts may be powder-coated, galvanised, brushed or made of stainless steel.
  • Worktop and counter models may have non-slip feet or mounting points for the work surface.
  • Wall-mounted and under-counter models have mounting points suited to the construction.
  • Fixed or adjustable working position depending on model.
  • Film sealers may have a temperature-controlled heated plate; features depend on the model.
  • Availability of replacement blades, cutting bars and other wear parts is checked before selection.

Delivery times

  • Stock standard models: usually 1–3 weeks.
  • Special sizes, branding and custom production: timing depends on construction and production quantity.
  • Electrical and automatic models: timing depends on model, accessories and spare parts.
  • Exact timing is confirmed according to type, dimensions, installation and load.

Marking files

  • No print file is needed without custom marking.
  • Supply the logo or design as vector graphics.
  • Marking size, position, colours and file requirements are approved before production.

Model selection

  • For rolls, width, outer diameter, core size and weight are required; equal width does not automatically mean compatibility.
  • For cups and lids, diameter, shape, stack height and dispensing method are required.
  • Workload, number of users, work surface, installation and spare-part availability are assessed before ordering.
  • Film sealers are also selected according to film dimensions, package size, cleaning and workplace electrical and safety requirements. Food-contact suitability of the packing material is assessed separately.
  • Manual honeycomb dispensers usually need no electricity; electrical and automatic models may require a power supply.

Choose tools for the material and workplace

A dispenser holds the material in the correct working position and provides consistent feeding and cutting. The right model can speed up repetitive packing and keep the work surface organised.

Paper and film cutters need to suit roll dimensions, material and cutting system. Cup and lid dispensers are selected according to the components' exact shape and stacking. Send dimensions, a photo or label, estimated consumption and preferred mounting method to check fit and spare parts.

Before you order.

Does a dispenser fit all rolls of the same width?

No. Outer diameter, core size, weight, material thickness, load capacity and cutting system also need to be checked.

Can the model be wall-mounted or installed under a counter?

It depends on the model. Worktop, wall-mounted and under-counter versions may be available. Mounting points and the installation surface are checked before ordering.

Can blades and wear parts be ordered separately?

Many models have replaceable parts. Availability and compatibility depend on manufacturer, model and year of manufacture.

Does the honeycomb dispenser need electricity?

Manual models usually need no electricity. Electrical or automatic models may require power according to the model's specification.

Can custom sizes be ordered?

Some cutters and dispensers can be made to suit roll width or the workplace. Feasibility, quantity and timing depend on construction and manufacturer.
