  • White kraft paper: 80–120 g/m².

Construction

  • The handle is die-cut directly into the paper.
  • Oval or straight handle opening.
  • The handle opening can be reinforced with an inner board strip or double paper.
  • Construction with side and bottom gussets.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing with 1–4 colours.
  • Offset printing for full-colour designs.

  • File format: AI, PDF or EPS.
  • All fonts must be converted to outlines.

Construction selection

  • For light contents, a standard handle opening may suffice; heavier products such as books or glass require reinforcement.
  • An oval handle opening distributes the load more evenly across the hand, while a straight opening gives a more geometric appearance.
  • For heavier products or longer carrying times, a bag with separate handles may offer greater comfort.

The die-cut handle is part of the bag itself. The construction suits lighter products and everyday retail where easy handling and efficient production matter.

Choose oval handle openings for more even load distribution across the hand, or straight openings for a minimal appearance. Paper, reinforcement and gussets are adapted to the weight of the contents. Printing that goes with the customer

Logos, text or full-surface designs can be printed with flexographic or offset printing. The front, back and side gussets provide space for the company's identity and campaign messages.

Before you order.

Is the bag suitable for heavier products?

Yes, if the handle opening is reinforced with an inner board strip or double paper and the material is selected according to the weight. Without reinforcement, the bag is better suited to lighter contents.

Is an oval or straight handle more comfortable?

An oval opening distributes the load more evenly across the hand. A straight opening is often selected for its simple, geometric appearance.

Can I order with my logo?

Yes. Flexographic printing with 1–4 colours or offset printing for full-colour designs can be used for logos and other graphics.

Is FSC®-certified paper available?

Yes, FSC®-certified materials are available as an option. Specify the preferred material when requesting a quote.

What is the minimum order?

Both standard solutions and production with custom printing start from 1 000 pcs. Custom sizes and special finishes are established according to the project.
