Minimum order quantity

  • From 1 000 pcs per size.
  • Smaller quantities may be possible by agreement, depending on material and printing.
  • Larger quantities may offer a lower unit price. The cutting die is made once and is not charged again for repeat orders of the same solution.

Material

  • White graphic board GC1, for example 170 g/m².
  • Stronger board GC2, for example 250 g/m².
  • Brown kraft board, for example 200 g/m².
  • Paperboard base reinforcement, 300 g/m².
  • FSC-certified or recycled board as ordered.

Construction and closure

  • Flat bag with an envelope flap or a side-gusseted bag.
  • Block bottom for larger contents.
  • Die-cut handle opening for a retail carrier bag.
  • Permanent adhesive strip on the flap for one-step closure.
  • One or two adhesive strips, closure with a silicone release liner or ribbon as ordered.

Printing

  • Offset printing with 1–2 Pantone colours or CMYK full-colour printing.
  • Printing on front and back, on all sides if required.
  • Inside printing.

Finish

  • Gloss, matt or soft-touch lamination.
  • UV varnish, hot foil stamping and embossing.
  • Window on the flap or front as ordered.

Delivery times

  • Approximately 6–7 weeks from order.
  • Timing depends on quantity, material and finish.
  • The exact date is confirmed when ordering.

Artwork files

  • A die-line is supplied for each size and the design is placed on it.
  • Print file as a vector PDF.
  • Pantone or CMYK.
  • A digital print proof is approved before production.

Project details

  • Specify bag dimensions, quantity, material, closure and logo or design.
  • The quote includes the cutting die and lead time.
  • Delivery to the customer’s warehouse can be coordinated for the order.

Choose the shape to suit the contents

A flat bag with an envelope flap suits clothing, documents and printed materials. Side gussets and a block bottom provide space for items such as a box or book and help the bag stand up. With a die-cut handle, the same format can be used as a retail bag and a mailer.

White board provides a clear surface for full-colour printing and brown kraft board a natural appearance. Base reinforcement can help maintain the shape with heavier contents. A permanent adhesive strip suits shipment closure, while ribbon can be used for gifts. Size and protection are assessed according to the product.

Are the bags suitable for postal shipments?

Yes. The bag with an adhesive strip is intended for shipments, and a flat format can be adapted to dimensions that fit a letterbox.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From 1 000 pcs per size. Smaller quantities may be possible depending on material and printing and are assessed in the quote.

Can the bag have a handle?

Yes. A handle opening can be die-cut during manufacture so the same packaging can be used in retail and for shipping.

Can the inside be printed?

Yes. Inside printing and printing on all sides can be offered.

What is the delivery time?
