Material

  • LDPE: soft and flexible, with good transparency and a smooth surface. Suitable for clothing, cosmetics and general consumer goods.
  • MDPE: medium-density polyethylene with a balance of rigidity, strength and flexibility. Suitable for e-commerce products and product sets.
  • HDPE: high-density polyethylene with good durability and tear strength. Suitable for small components, accessories and technical products.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing in up to 6–8 colours.
  • Pantone colour system.
  • Logos, text and patterns.
  • Printing on one or both sides.
  • Separate colour-layer checks can be carried out for large print runs.

Material that matches the product

A slider zip bag provides easy access and can be closed repeatedly. Material density and thickness are selected based on the contents' shape, weight and handling.

LDPE provides flexibility and good transparency for textiles and cosmetics. MDPE provides greater rigidity for product sets and e-commerce, while HDPE suits technical components and more demanding contents. Euro slots, hanging features and antistatic film can be selected where the application requires them. Through Plastrum OÜ in Estonia, Emballa helps select material and manufacturer.

Printing on one or both sides

Logos, text and patterns can be flexographically printed in up to 6–8 colours. Pantone and colour-layer checks for larger print runs help keep the design consistent throughout the run.

What is the minimum order?

Can I order with my own logo?

Yes. Flexographic printing in up to 6–8 colours can be used for logos, text or designs on one or both sides.
