Material

  • BOPP film: clear and high-gloss, with good dimensional stability when hanging.
  • PP film: a durable, stable option for heavier or larger products.
  • Thickness: usually 30–40 μm, depending on product weight and size.
  • The materials have scratch and tear resistance for everyday handling in retail.
  • The BOPP and PP materials do not contain PVC.

Dimensions and design

  • Strong adhesive strip for secure single-use sealing.
  • Integrated hanging hole: euro slot or standard hole.
  • Dimensions and thickness are adapted to the product and weight.

Printing

  • Flexographic printing in up to 4–6 colours.
  • Logo printing directly on the film or on a separate paper card.
  • Pantone colour system.
  • Printing on one or both sides.

Surface and protection

  • Clear, fully transparent surface as standard.
  • A matt surface can be offered on special request.
  • Protects the product against dust and minor damage.

Delivery time

  • Standard: 3–5 weeks.
  • Custom dimensions and constructions: 5–7 weeks.
  • Express orders by agreement.

Artwork files

  • CMYK, 300 dpi.
  • Bleed: 3–5 mm.
  • File formats: PDF, AI or EPS.
  • Help with preparing the design is available when needed.

Project preparation

  • Material and construction are selected based on the product's weight, shape and display requirements.
  • Hanging holes and adhesive closures are adapted to handling and presentation in retail.

BOPP suits lighter products where transparency and gloss are important. PP provides a more durable, stable option for larger or heavier contents. A euro slot or standard hole is selected based on the display. Which material suits heavier products?

PP is a more durable, stable option for heavier or larger products. BOPP often suits lighter goods where transparency and gloss are particularly important.

Can I order with my logo?

Yes. Logos, product information, instructions or promotional messages can be printed directly on the film or on a separate paper card.

What is the minimum order?

Unprinted packaging starts from 5 000 pcs and printed production from 10 000 pcs. Custom dimensions and constructions are assessed based on technical complexity and material.

Does the material contain PVC?

No. The specified materials are BOPP and PP and do not contain PVC.

Can the packaging be resealed?

The specified standard construction has a strong adhesive strip for single-use sealing. If you need a different closure, the construction needs to be discussed for the project.
