Film and construction to suit the packaging workflow

Plastic film packaging offers many opportunities to combine product protection, presentation and efficient packing. Material, thickness and shape are selected based on the contents and whether packing is manual or automatic.

Before the project, product properties, protection needs, production speed, packing equipment and transport conditions are assessed. Wicket, FFS and other constructions can be adapted to automatic lines. Where needed, barrier materials can be selected for shelf-life requirements, and recycled materials offered where they suit the project.

It depends on the product, desired shelf life, production process and packing machine. Material and barrier are selected based on these requirements.

Can the packaging carry our logo?

Yes. Custom printing can include logos, product information, barcodes and other markings.

Are solutions available for automatic lines?

Yes. Wicket bags, FFS solutions and other constructions can be adapted to automatic packing.

Are recycled materials available?

PCR and Re-PE materials can be offered depending on the project. Suitability and material specification are confirmed for the actual application.
