CHOOSE TO SUIT YOUR PRODUCT

Choose material according to the contents

Plastic buckets with lids and handles provide robust packaging for many different products. PP is a common choice for food and industry, while HDPE may be suitable when higher chemical resistance is needed.

Volume, shape, material, closure and printing are specified before production. Product weight, contents and logistics determine which construction is suitable. For food, a food-grade material version and a closure adapted to the product are selected.

  • Sauces, dairy products and salads in the food industry.
  • HoReCa and catering, for both packaging and professional kitchen use.
  • Construction and paint industries.
  • Chemicals and cleaning products with material adapted to the contents.
  • Agriculture and gardening.

Printing that withstands handling

IML integrates the label into the bucket's surface and suits full-surface, wear-resistant branding. Dry offset, screen printing and partial printing offer other possibilities for logos and designs. Emballa, backed by Plastrum OÜ in Estonia, helps select the manufacturer and technology and coordinates the work from specification to delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you order.

How does IML differ from screen printing?

With IML, the label is integrated into the bucket's surface during manufacturing. Screen printing is applied to the finished bucket and may suit smaller runs. The choice depends on quantity, design and use.

Can the buckets be ordered with our logo?

Yes. IML, offset and screen printing can be used for logos, patterns or a more extensive design.

Which material suits chemical products?

HDPE has higher chemical resistance and may suit products with more demanding contents. The material is selected for the specific product.

Are the buckets stackable?

Yes, the construction is stackable to simplify storage and transport. The appropriate model is selected according to volume and use.
