Minimum order quantity

  • Printed napkins: from 5–10 cartons depending on size, material and model.
  • Minimum quantity is determined by size, number of plies and pack quantity.
  • Special solutions and projects with several designs: quantity is determined individually.

Dimensions and design

  • Standard dimensions: 20 × 20 cm, 24 × 24 cm, 33 × 33 cm and 40 × 40 cm.
  • One, two or three plies.
  • Folds such as 1/4, 1/6 and 1/8.
  • Slim and File models with envelope folds.
  • Pack quantity depends on size, number of plies and fold.

Material

  • Single-ply white paper: approximately 18 g/m².
  • Two-ply white paper: approximately 16,5 g/m² per ply.
  • Three-ply white paper: approximately 16,5 g/m² per ply.
  • Single-ply coloured paper: approximately 20 g/m².
  • Two-ply coloured paper: approximately 16,5 g/m² per ply.
  • Materials in standard, ECO and Luxury grades.

Printing

  • Custom logo and design.
  • Single-colour or multicolour printing.
  • Pantone colours.
  • Printing on one or more visible surfaces depending on the fold.
  • Digital print proposal for approval before production.

Options

  • White or coloured napkins.
  • One, two or three plies.
  • Soft, absorbent surface for everyday use.
  • Luxury material for more premium table service.
  • ECO material for environmentally focused projects; material properties are specified for the selected model.
  • Different folds according to serving style and table setting.

Delivery times

  • Standard production and delivery time: approximately 20 days after design approval.
  • Special solutions and larger projects receive a separate delivery schedule.
  • Timing depends on material, quantity, printing and production schedule.

Artwork files

  • Vector files in AI, PDF or EPS.
  • Pantone codes.
  • Fonts must be converted to outlines.
  • If needed, the design is adapted to the manufacturer's print area and folding template.

Standard material suits everyday use where price and function need to be balanced. Luxury normally provides a softer, stronger and more presentable feel. ECO is a material option for environmentally focused projects. Size, number of plies, material, colour, fold, print colours and pack quantity are determined before production.

A visible logo even after folding

Logos, slogans, repeating patterns and campaign designs can be printed in one or more Pantone colours. The design is adapted so that important graphics remain visible on the folded napkin. Can the napkins have our logo?

Yes. Logos, slogans, patterns or other designs can be printed in one or more colours. The print area is adapted to the selected fold.

What is the difference between standard and Luxury?

Luxury normally has a softer, stronger and more presentable finish. Standard options suit large volumes in everyday service.

What is the minimum order?

Usually from 5–10 cartons. Exact quantity depends on dimensions, material, number of plies and pack quantity.
