DTF transfers for clothing

  • Minimum order: from 1 pc.
  • Material: DTF transfer film.
  • Dimensions: custom, including larger designs in A4 and A3 formats.
  • Techniques: full-colour printing with a white underbase and contour cutting.
  • The print is applied using heat and pressure. The background is transparent and the applied design is elastic with a smooth surface.
  • Suitable for T-shirts, sweatshirts, workwear, sportswear and other textiles.

Iron-on name labels and care labels

  • Minimum order: from 1 pc.
  • Material: DTF film and iron-on backing.
  • Dimensions: height 20–60 mm; custom length.
  • Techniques: full-colour printing, care symbols and printing with a white underbase.
  • The design can include a name, logo, care symbols and other necessary information. The label is applied without sewing.

Personalised transfers

  • Minimum order: from 1 pc.
  • Material: DTF transfer film.
  • Dimensions: custom, including larger images, for example 22 × 14 cm.
  • Techniques: full-colour printing and printing with a white underbase.
  • The design can include text, graphics, illustrations and elements from design templates.
  • The design must not be mirrored. It is applied in the same orientation as in the file.

Application and important details

  • Use an iron without steam or a heat press.
  • Place the design on the fabric, cover with baking paper and press firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  • Allow the design to cool completely before removing the transfer film.
  • A correctly applied DTF print is elastic and smooth and withstands repeated washing.
  • The white underbase may produce a faint edge around very thin lines; this is part of the technique.
  • Temperature, pressure and care instructions for the specific fabric and transfer are confirmed in the quote and application instructions.

Designs, names and care instructions without sewing

Emballa (Plastrum OÜ) coordinates iron-on transfers and DTF solutions through international production partners. The technique produces colourful, detailed designs for textile products, with flexible quantities for both personal projects and larger orders.

Use DTF transfers on clothing, bags, workwear, sportswear and children's clothing, or for gifts, teamwear and event products. Iron-on name and care labels also suit preschools, schools, care facilities, laundries and manufacturers needing labels without sewing. What is the minimum order quantity?

DTF transfers, iron-on name and care labels, and personalised transfers can be ordered from 1 pc.

What sizes are available?

DTF designs can be made in custom dimensions, including A4 and A3. Name and care labels are specified with a height of 20–60 mm and custom length. Personalised images can also be made in larger formats, for example 22 × 14 cm.

Do I need to mirror the design?

No. DTF designs must not be mirrored. They are applied in the same orientation as in your file. File format and resolution are confirmed when the artwork is checked.

How is the transfer applied?

Use an iron without steam or a heat press. Place the design on the fabric, cover with baking paper and press firmly for 10–15 seconds. Allow it to cool completely before removing the film. Temperature and pressure for your fabric and transfer are confirmed in the application instructions.

Does the design work on dark fabric, and how do thin lines look?

All colours are printed with a white underbase for clear results on both light and dark fabrics. The background is transparent. Around very thin lines, the underbase may produce a faint edge. Fabric choice, application and care instructions are checked for the order.
